The misconception about administrative training is that most executives, managers, business owners and assistants believe they don't need administrative training.  My research and experience has shown me that the majority are not operating at their administrative capacity, even managers with their current assistant. 

My goal is always to bridge the gap between managers and assistants:

1. To teach managers how to maximize their support staff. 
   
2. To teach assistants how to better manage the manager or small business owner more successful through training and coaching.
